ok i have been reading you boards for like a week straight on swaping a LT1. i'm getting ready to do it to my 91 V6 camaron using a 97 LT1 with a T-56. i'm not worried about getting the engine to fit, its the wireing that kinda worries me.

i have a bunch of question that if any one could answer i would greatly apprciate it.

i have a complete donar car and all the wireing. My first question is when i swich the engine over and use the LT1 computer, is the ABS system part of that ?? Second, is there any way i can use my stock Guage cluster? like will the harness connect to my guages? Third, should i completely gut the wires out of my V6 and just use the new harness? or will the new and old harness work together?

what do i really need to know about the wireing harness to make this work?? any tips or tricks i should know before i start
and i have heard the 97 harness is different from the earlier LT1 harnesses, is this true?

also if you have the wireing schmatics i need would you please let me know

i'm know i have more questions but i can't remember them now.

I have a 96 Trans Am with a Lt1 in it i have the four wire Oxy. sensor with white, purple, and two browns/tans I need help on finding out which is my signal wire.
