Hey guy's, alright so Im getting my funds together to start building my motor and I've noticed that parts are extremely expensive shipped to Canada.. with the conversion of money, duty, and shipping. My goal was to run a 383 stroker motor, but now I'm wondering if it's cheaper for me to buy an LS1 off ebay or something and drive down and get it.. or maybe even buy a pre-built engine off of Ebay, any thoughts on that? I'm really skeptical about that one.. but Im thinking if I buy an LSx and do like heads/intake/exaust/cam I should be able to make the power of the stroker motor I was looking at [hoping to run 11's]..I'm a college kid so it is on a budget of sorts..basically, what will get the job done cheapest? Especially anyone from Canada who knows where I can get some cheap perf. parts, that would rock!.
