anybody ever heard of a NorthStar swapped to 3gen??
Sounds interesting but don't know how feasable it would be. I think the engine would be less expensive than LT-1 or LS-1.

Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt w/ 2.43 gears :(
They are also in the rear wheel drive SRX sport utility vehicles FYI. I'm sure the LT or LS engine swaps would not be as expensive as the northstar.

There are a couple people doing that around here. There are even carb intakes for them too. I'll seeabout finding the name of he that is doing the swap now. He got some down right nifty headers for it too.

found it
on the web while surfing about engine swaps. It didn't give much detail but I believe a guy stuffed that 32V DOHC engine inside a 4th gen firebird. It got me to think and consider if cost would be more reasonable than LS-1 swap. The NorthStar I belive puts out about 300hp stock.
