400 Cam Selection

I'm looking at using the Comp 280AR(magnum) 280in/280exh adv 236in/236exh@.050 .550/.550lift 110LSA or the XR274R(xtreme energy) 274in/280exh adv 236in/242exh@.050 .564/.570lift 110LSA. Heads are AFR195's. Intake will be a HSR with the 730 ecm fueling it. What idle characteristics will these cams have. Also posted in the TPI section.

The guy helping me tune my TPI told me cams with 110 LSA or less are very difficult to burn chips for.

I'm not going to be using the TPI but going to the Holley stealth ram intake with a 730 map ecm running it (possibly an open loop chip)

I would go for the second one, i like the agressive ramps. Is it a solid roller?

Solid might not be a good idea... they dont get along with knock sensors well.
