i want to build a short bolck for a turbo appilaction in my 92. i have a budget of 1200-1500. i'm thinkin of a fresh(or refreshed) 4 bolt main 350 and forgered internals and forged pistons. is this overboard for both the applaction and budget??? please let me know as i have never had a shop build a short block so have no clue on pricein. i was thinkin bout a zz4 short block but there a little to expensive and don't have forgerd pistons let me know what u guys think thanx

 

i think you need more budget

 

2000$ - 2500$ is probably a more realistic budget to do it right.
