So I just unbolted the engine from the transmission (6 bolts on the bellhousing and three on the torque converter) and the engine mounts. I then tried to pull it out though, and it is still stuck to the transmission. I don't know whether there is still something I need to unbolt or whether they are just stuck together from age. I reckon I will try to get a screwdriver or something and separate them if that is the case. If anybody has any experience with this please let me know. I have never swapped out an engine before so I don't want to break anything if there is something else I need to unhook. Thanks.

That's all there is to unbolt, it's just stuck on the dowel pins. Just pry them apart.
