i am doing a swap from 2.8 to a 350 i have a v8 donor car but it don't have a tranny now i have a 700r4 from a truck will it work if so any surprises in using it or is it bolt in thanks

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
The truck tranny won't have the torque arm mount provisions on the tailshaft housing that 3rd gen trannies have.
