If i used the engine out of the suburban and then got a wiring harness and ecm for a third gen would the harness work on the suburban engine?

assuming 350 engine..yes.its not the engine that makes the harness work its the induction system and sensors its with. so the induction off the third gen that the harness came with . thats the easiest way.
the easiest way to go. go to a j yard get a stock q jet off a camaro or bird and the harness thats with it , freshen it up. thow it on.. or
edel performer intake off ebay or so roughly 75$
and a edel 1406 off ebay 100-150$
stock dist ..do you have one?
throw it on run a hot wire switched to your coil and gas to your carb your suburban engine and your good.
all depends do you need it emission freindly?
