tear out wiring harness or throw in carb.??
ok guys, heres one for ya, i ahve a 2.8 muit port injection right, and its a 88, if i throw away all the wiring crap and throw in a 350 carb. will it run like crap
or will it run good. i test drove a car that did that and it ran like crap so ill ask you guys what i should do thanks

Exactly what do you mean by "throw away all the wiring crap"?
Having no clue what was or wasn't done to the one you test drove, impossible to say what the problem was with it. But, there's nothing about a V6 MPFI to V8 carb swap that fundamentally will make it "run like crap".
How you execute it - that's a different matter...

what im saying is to put a 350 carb in my car from a 2.8, will it be easy besides having to change the tranny and change the motor mount positions?

Just because the car had a v6, it isnt going to affect the way a new engine runs. What I am getting at is that once the v6 is gone and the v8 is in, its just like a factory v8 car, if you do everything right. If you half-*** things, then you will have problems, and a piece of crap.
