I know a few members have installed this motor. Does anyone have any thoughts or insight to offer?

 

What did you find when you did your ?

Although I don't have that setup, from what I've seen on these boards and from their information, if I was doing a Vortech TPI, that's where I'd start.

I don't recall anybody talking about it for a month or so. That about what your search showed?

Also, did you limit your search to this forum? Seems it's been discussed on the Tech/General Engine forum. I don't know about the TPI forum, because I don't go there much.

 

Yep, found some more info in the general tech section. Sounds like a screamer if tuned correctly.

 

I find it hard to believe they did this with a stock PROM. If MAF, that's a little easier to believe, but the 500 cfm limit would limit the power. If SD, then it's hard to believe it would behave half-way decent.
