LS1-4L60E runs !!! - still problems
hey guys,
first off I want to thank the people who helped me with my previous post with the throttle cable problem. We drove the car for the first time today (in the pouring rain)...basically engine fault light is always on
I got a whole bunch of error codes before we went out for a drive I was getting the following error codes.
Transmission #2-#3 solenoid
#3-#2 solenoid
#1-#2 solenoid
TQ convertor Lockup fault.
Since it was raining like crazy we could not tell if the car was shifting or not...we could force the car in 1,2 and D and OD and it runs on all gears. Has a lot of Tq compared to my original engine
. So its hard to tell.
Any of you had a similar problem with the 4L60E ?
Other question I had is when someone swaps in the 4l60E (originally there was a 700R4) which shifter cable bracket ont the transmission do you use, the one from the 700R4 / the 4L60E..because my stock shifter cable does not work on the 4L60E so I used the 700R4 bracket (I dont know if that would have messed something up?)
After we went for a ride (it popped a lot of other codes like MAF, IAT , EVAP, etc)...
any idea's guys?
