anyone know of people in Northwest PA who are reputable engine installers?

No such thing as a engine installer. Locate a good mechanic that will do the job. If you are going to pay for it, estimate 8 hrs at the goingt labor rate in your area plus needed parts. Also a engine swap requires more then just the engine.
