Ok I was gonna swap a 3.4 out of a 95 firebird with 87,000 miles I picked up into my 85 s10...but I have come across a 85 or 86 berlinetta in decent shape for $100. 2.8 fuel injected, automatic, rod knocking. Will the 3.4's intake work in this car or is it gonna be a wiring, computer change headache? I read somewhere that the 3.4's fuel injection setup is far superior to the 85 or 86 and up setup. Will the 3.4 require more fuel delivery or something like that with the old fuel injection? Whatever advice you can give me is appreciated.
