If you have a v6 T-5, yes it will bolt to a v8 bellhousing, but you will need to use a different clutch setup because the V6 t-5s used a higher spline count I believe.

another important subject, exhaust and headers, everyone here suggested to me to get american thunder flowmaster exhaust, with slp headers, would this be a good exhaust system?

SLP headers, yes. I'd go with something other than a flowmaster. Not a lot of people like the sound and their but if your one of them go for it. Theres a lot better flowing exhaust systems out there for the same price. I recommend the hooker.

Need a S10 setup, the largest diameter one available. As far as cost and where to get it, not sure, im pretty sure any auto chain store can order it if they dont have it.

for the time being could i leave the transmission and clutch as is for budgeting sake, or will it not be driveable or cause major problems?

only go with SLP if you are buying the 1 3/4 headers. dont waste money on the 1 5/8 SLPs when you can get Hooker 2055's for a lot less.
i used my old WC T-5 on my 350 V8, just get a V8 T-5 Bellhousing from a V8 Camaro that had the T-5 and you should be OK.
for best prices, go to www.Autozone.com they are pretty reasonable if you need things on a budget.

Most likely its a TBI, but for $300, i'd still say thats a good deal. You can grab l98 heads off ebay for $200, a cam and springs for $250. Have a nice setup there with a good carb.

Well the shock has set in i went to start the motor out of the suburban and it knocks, and smokes really bad, i think its the piston rings although i'm not sure, the guy gave me my money back and took the motor back, now i'm down to very few choices i could buy a 305 for 200 dollars which is better then the 2.8, should i buy the motor, and more importantly does it have potential to be fast?

A 305 has the potential to be fast. It will be faster than the 2.8 even in stock form. However, a 350 will be more powerful than the 305 (given the same modifications).
If you don't need the car right away, I'd wait on the 350. The right one will show up.

Have you tryed calling around local junkyards? I'm sure you could find a 350 or even a small block 400 that could be rebuilt and be a very nice motor. (i've got a guy I'm buying a 350 out a 75 chevy pickup from for 150$, its never been bored or any thing)
