Hey, are those TT2's 17x11 in the rear? If so what size tires are on them, also are you using spacers? If so what size?

looking good man

Love the big block. Just got a 91 RS, stock V6. Good as gone. Have a 454 sitting on the floor with a built TH400. What are you running for front suspension? What about the tranny crossmember/Drive shaft setup? Ive been looking at the aftermarket, but those who have blazed ahead of me are great for info! I have always been into Chevelle's, this is my first F-body.
Hows the rear holding up? Thanks in advance for any info..

Gen 5`s had no boss...gen 6`s have the boss. why run a mech pump anyhow ?

Reason I mentioned is the picture looks like he's running a mechanical fuel pump. And I assume that all 502's are gen V or VI.As for the mechanical vs. electric pump..my 468 is happy with my mechanical pump.

The lines you see in the pic are for a tranny cooler, not a mechanical fuel pump. I am using a gas tank and wiring harness out of a TBI car, so it has a intank electric pump with a regulator up by the carb.
As far as the front suspension goes, everything is bone stock.

Looks good man. I would bet you cannot wait for warmer weather.

are the hooker swap headers hard to install? Will tall valve covers clear everything okay? Will a stock v8 radiator do okay with a fairly mild 396? Has anyone been able to keep a stock hood? Is chassis twisting a big issue with about 400/400 hp/tq?

those aren`t tall covers- they are stock short aluminum`s that a full roller rocker will fit under...I `ve got the same ones with harland sharps 1.7`s and run 670 lift with no contact..they are close but fit with no mods at all...and I have had the a/c box in there (they fit but were tight) and I still have my wiper motor it clears by a few hairs too I do have an 85 so the wiper motor is a bit different than later cars.

more questions..

cooling is a question of mine too. seems that the aftermarket is based on small block, but V8 radiators should keep that monster cool right? Also , what wiring did you hack out and what had to be kept? Will going from emissions to no emissions mess with the ignition and the dash?
