flywheel question
im going from a 91 305 tbi motor and using the same trans and torque convertor on a 74 carb'ed 350 motor, my question is, will i need a different flywheel? id like to know before i go ahead and try to bolt everything together and relize theres a problem.... some one mentioned internally and externally balanced whats this mean? thanks, if ya know what i need, just let me know and save me a big head ache.

You don't need a flywheel; you need a flex plate.
Don't bother with internal/external balance. You'll only end up starting an argument and confusing whoever you talk to.
Just get a flex plate for a 55-85 SBC except 400. It will fit 262, 265, 267, 283, 302, 395, 307, 327, & 350.

can i just use the one thats on one of the motor already?, if not, can you tell me exactlly what flexplate ill need? maybe a part number or something, i really have no clue about these things. thanks for correcting me also, now i wont look stupid if i ask a question to someone... lol
