L98 build up

Right now im purchasing an L98 shortblock from my friend and want to get working on it. I want a drivablity and about 350-400 hp fuel injected. I know where I can get an LT1 intake and have it converted to the engine. My question is should i get the intake and have it installed or should i just get Holley Stealth Ram. What else will I have to get for it. (I'm getting a wiring harness and computer). Also what heads would be good for either one. I want the most power but dont really want to spend over $1,000 on heads. I might just get a set of L98 heads to start with then down the road i will get good ones. I dont know. I just want your input on the intake because i can get it for $125 and converted for about $150. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

Derek

I would go stealth ram or mini ram. You might be able to get a set of LT4 heads from gmpartsdirect.com and stay on budget.
