going 350. What about stock PROM?
The 305 came out last night and I will be buying a NEW 350 long block and what I intended to do what just use the old 305's intake manifold and carb, should work but what about the computer?
Secondly, my biggest problem is that I had 3 manifold bolts break on one side and while all the others came out I should be able to still get the manifold off but it's being a real bitch, wont budge. Mabey I will just get an aftermarket manifold, but will they fit the stock q-jet?

The stock PROM will run the engine fine. You might be able to get something better, but it's not like it won't run or will run poorly.
If you get an aftermarket manifold with EGR, it will have carb mounts for both square and spreadbore. Edelbrock Performer, Weiand Action +, and GMPP manifolds all fit that bill. You just need to know for sure what heads your 350 has so you can get the proper manifold (only the Performer comes in an EGR/'87-up version).
The first rule of disassembly is, if it acts like there is still a bolt holding it down, there probably is. After you're completely sure you've got all of them out, start prying up on the side with no broken bolts.
