Fast Idle

Just installed a LT-1 in my 82 Camaro it runs good but I can't get it to idle under 1625 RPM there's no vacuum leaks, can anyone help me with this problem. Thanks

is your TPS sensor working properly?

check the idle screw on the throttlebody? coolant temp. sensors working?

do you have a laptop and cable to hook up to the ECM? I would check what the idle is set at. also see if its throwing any codes.
