Car: 86 Firebird 2.8
Engine: 2.8l v-6
Transmission: auto
TPI V6 to crate engine
what would be the best SB GM Crate engine to drop in place of a MPFI 2.8l V6. I was thinking of getting the Fast Burn 385, but im not sure what issues may arise. also what would be the best tranny and rear end/gears to run?

what's your $$$$ range, & plans for car?
3.4 swap is the easiest fwiw,
tranny depends on if you want to stick w/the slushbox, or slap in a 5/6spd & the extra parts to go with.
