86' Z28 305 swap
I have a 1986 z28 with the 5L H.O. and want to put a 1985 IROC 305 into it, the problem is that my car has electronics running to everypart of the motor and the IROC motor doesn't have any of the electronics at all. Could i just rip out my motor, scrap all the electronics and drop in the IROC? If not, what would i need to do in order to install it?

An '86 with the 5.0l HO?
1st, I kind of doubt that, as they are pretty rare, but if it is true, you'd be killing a good thing by putting an '85 engine in it, unless it is actually an HO engine.
Why do you want to do this?
FWIW, the "electronics" aren't part of the engine, as RB was intimating. The "electronics" go on the engine.
