Looking for a rebuild kit for an LT1 with iron heads

I have an LT1 out of a 1996 buick roadmaster and cant find a rebuild kit on summit or jegs but can find one for a caprice which is the same engine. Should I just get the caprice rebuild kit?

Any rebuild kit tailored to the 350 LT1 will work for your motor. It doesn't matter what heads came on it. There are tons of kits listed on summit that range from stock to overbore, and stroker kits.

That's just a gasket kit.

Roadmaster and Caprice will be the same thing.

Just be certain that it is a 350.I could be mistaken, but I believe there was a tiny(265?) LT1 used in some caprices and roadmasters.Just FYI,not trying to jinx anyone.
Assuming it is a 5.7,try Northern auto Parts, they have an online catolog, though I'm not sure of it's address.A quick search should get you there.

That would be the L99 4.3L Gen II motor that had the same cam, heads, and intake as it big brother but was a few cubes short. I would just type in "LT1 rebuild kit" into Summit's quick search and see what comes up. Last time I was shopping for rebuild kits for my LT1 I had numerous kits to chose from.
