which distributor to use for v6 to v8 swap...Vac, or newer?

which kind of distributor should i use for my v6 to v8 swap. i have a 92 camaro, should i get a distributor with vaccum advance or a distributor from a tpi/tbi motor?

Put in whatever distributor is appropriate for the induction system you're using.
