94 LT1 from caprice need info

I am about to buy an LT1 out of a 94 Caprice wagon to put in my IROC. I just want to kno if this is OBDI or OBDII.

its OBDI cause OBDII came out in the 96 and up cars. 95 and down are OBDI

One more thing thouh, is the ECM the same thing or will performance be not as great cause its a caprice ECM?

I dont know really on that, but i would go ahead and get the Camaro PCM just to be safe bro.
