L98 aluminum will they work confused

Can anyone tell me if L98 aluminum heads off a 1987 350 tpi vette will work on a 1987 350 tpi camaro. If not which one's will.

They will work. The iron head 350's have an exhaust "cross over" passage that is used to feed the EGR valve. The aluminum heads do not, and the factory used an external tube to go from the the exhaust manifold to the intake base. If you use a Vette base, you can accomplish that task on an f-body.

I'm away from home right now so I can't look this up so I'm working from my feeble memory. The aluminum heads don't have the change in intake bolt angles that came in '87. They're still pre-'87 heads. I think these are them from mortec.com

"14101128...86-87...350..........Aluminum, 58cc, angle plug"

I could be wrong, but I think PAW lists them in their catalog.

That is true, too. The intake mount bolt holes are all at 90 degrees, unlike the '87-up iron heads.
