Motor Swap (Need Help)
Hey, does anyone know if switching a 3rd gen from Tpi to carb is that much of a pain or not? I have had the new motor for about 8 months now, and I am not confident in my skills to pull the old one and replace it with the new one. The whole car is built and ready to go, all i have to do is get someone to help me of give me a few tips on getting the motor in, and then all i have to do is exhaust, fuel system and body work. So Like i said, if any one could offer tips, or advice or anything, feel free to clue me in. and if you need to know the spec or what the car has or the new motor and the old motor, just ask. Thanks a lot guys.

There's a tech article on the topic linked from the thirdgen.org homepage, and it's been discussed often (and recently) on the Carb forum.

PM me if you have specific questions about the tech page or swap you don't understand. I'll try to help. Going from TPI to carb...easy. Going back to TPI...major pain.
