I have a 1989 camaro 305 tbi. Im looking to put in a new more powerful engine either a 350 or 383 but i know nothing about what it takes to do this. Im wondering how many new parts would i need to get to be able to do this and about how much would everything cost? i have heard you need a new transmission but im not sure about what else it would take.

 

o also how hard will it be to meet emissions cause this my daily driving car.

 

Since you are new, the most important function to familiarize yourself with is search.

This kind of question comes up a lot (I know that you have no way of knowing that) which is why the search function is so important.
