Oil pan size question?

OK guys, I recently pulled a 350 out of a 89 suburban. Now I have it all torn down and my 305 and 700r4 is out of the formula. I wanted to sell the 305 / 700r4 combo. Now the oil pans look almost identical. Is the oil pan from the truck and the oil pan from my 305 the same? Can i re-use the pan off the truck in my 91 formula? Thanks in advance.
