hi guys,

I want to convert my L98- TPI wiring harness and ecm to 1995 LT-1 Wiring harness, I already have the LT-1 harness and ecm. and all sensors. the only thing that I am in doubt is the ignition (distributor) and its wiring diagram.
can I use the Distributor with external coil or the orgenal big cap distributor and is the connector the same on the LT-1 or there is any other Distributor can I use to fit in LT-1 Harness???

The LT1 harness is specific to the LT1, it won't work with any other motor. The distributor harness has a combination of 3 sets of wires. Two to the coil, and one to the distributor to power and get signals from the optical sensor. The PCM controls everything on an LT1, no provision for timing adustment on the motor.

I tryed it and its working fine and smooth. but I am asking if there is convertion wiring diagram (for distributor only) or somebody did it before. I want to double check my job because I used the larg cab distributor.. and I canceld the ignition module I run it and its working fine.

I will list the convertion steps later on...
