The LG4 had 145 to 170 HP, depending on the year. The L69 had 190 HP.

Then if it's stock, you've got either a 165 HP LG4, or a 190 HP L69, both of which are 305s.
If it's not stock, then who knows what you've got.

i just want to know the basic hp, i know it has headers, its got a stock cam, which im replacing, and elbrock carb and air filter,

Stock 350s came with anywhere from about 140 HP to over 300 HP, depending on the year and the appication. Modified engines can be higher. Your guess is as good as anyone's what it is, without starting to take things apart to actually see what the engine was actually built with.
