LT1 head and intake swap

Hi Folks been awhile since i banged around on the site. I am doing a similar swap like this one https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tpi/...eads-gen1.html
Who else besides aforementioned person(s) have done this?
This is my current progress
I got a 355 motor from a local 3rd gen addict
Has forged flat tops and stock everything else
zz4 cam
Lt1 heads
30 pound injectors
1 5/8 to 3 inch headers to 3 inch y pipe to 3 inch single to flowdiaster to dual 3 inch out
Rebuilt automatic
howell pcm chip for the UPGRADE
3.23 gears
2000 stall convertor
heated o2 sensor
outside of the motor swap
i also have the vette brake upgrade
tubular suspesion parts
lower control arm relocation kit
strut tower brace

The stock 5.7 with 200000 miles on it made 245hp at the wheels
and at 5000 the motor stops making any more hp.
If ya want me to post pics etc let me know

welp got it lit today got lots more to do but if u wanna see its first offerings heres a video. http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/6/...3/PCDV0001.AVI

i got the hedmen long tube D port headers. i was hoping the lt1 headers for a 94 95 would fit but they didnt. i used the factory accessories deleted the smog pump which u need a longer belt to do and some re routing of belt. only one bolt hole on heads dont line up. its the one closet to the intake on pass side. but i figured between the other 2 and the 2 down by the fuel pump it should have enough support. i am also going to use the factory steel bar that went to manifolds to help support ac comp. I need to make a y pipe and put the heated o2 sensor in. and make my remote thermostat housing. The fuel lines arent hard to make if anyone else is doing this swap or something similar and need info on how to make em, drop me a line.
