my 383 and summit 31x19" rad install and couple other mods
just wanted to show off my 85 trans am and get some feedback from some other fellow thrid geners

Do you have some better pics of the radiator mounting? Not clear on what you did there.

i think i paid around 180 for it from summit. basically what i did to the radiator was trim the top and bottom fins off to make it sit lower to the original position. then i went to the local hardware store and purchased some rubber gasket material to insulate the metal frame from rubbing on the bottom of the radiator. then i tilted it forward to clear the hood and squeezed some round rubber stoppers to stop the bottom from sliding forward. i also removed the a/c condenser. i hope this helps some more.
