Is this motor worth it

I was wondering if anybody thought this motor was a good deal? I don't know what the miles are on it. But here are the specs.

-355 Cubic Inch V-8, bored 10 over
-World S/R Torquer Heads
-Comp Xtreme Energy Cam/Lifters/1.6 Roller Rockers
duration @ 0.050 inch=230 int, 236 exh
gross valve lift=.512 int, .522 exh
-Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake Manifold

He is asking 1500

Bored .010" over? That's pretty rare. .030" over is the typical starting point.

Perhaps the crank was turned .010" under. That's pretty common.

Doesn't sound like a bad price, if it's what they said it is. Can't hurt to try to bargain, though.
