I take it you want to stick with TPI injection then? Or some other form of intjection? Rather than going carb?
Is there a reason to not go carb? I'm not trying to push you down the "dark path", just inquiring, since it's fairly easy that way. Depending on the cam you used, it might be your only way to go as well.
If you stick with TPI your stock O2 sensor should be fine, but you will have to get comfortable with burning your own proms. Runners and injectors as well, either some sort of stealthram type of complete setup deal, or just the runners themselves. Your call, either way it's more $ than a carb.

Looks like you need to separate facts from buzzwords.
You don't need a 58mm throttle body for a 350. The only way that will make your car faster, is by weight reduction. All weight savings will be concentrated at the driver's wallet, by eliminating part of its contents.
LT1 injectors are not appropriate for a TPI motor whose air flow requirements, which are determined by the TPI system as a whole, have not changed. In other words, if those long-tubes are on there, the stock injectors are fine. See the TB's contribution to making your car faster, by "weight reduction", just like those injectors.
Bigger fuel rails, the same deal. The stock fuel rails will feed enough fuel for ALOT more power than you're ever going to make with those stock runners on there. Once again, see "weight reduction".
Vortec heads are excellent. Unfortunately however, they are WORTHLESS without replacing the intake. Vortec is GM's trade name for "we moved the intake ports somewhere else". People will tell you about "drill the bolt holes"; that's only part of the story. The intake ports in the heads are moved so far that some intakes, TPI ones in particular, WON'T EVEN COVER THEM, much less match to them. So add to your Vortec head budget, the ONE AND ONLY Vortec-specific TPI lower intake, from SDPC ($400). Then, to get the benefit of the improved flow in the heads and baseplate, you need new runners too, such as AS&M, SLP, or Edelbrock; another $250 or whatever. That whole deal gets REAL expensive, REAL quick.
I suggest you do a little research on the TPI board on this site, and look at what people are doing that ACTUALLY WORKS. Not, what they say they're "going to do"; but, HAVE DONE, that works. And calm down about the buzzwords, that's not how to get your car faster.

Re: ?????????355 help fast??????????
how about a good exhaust, a decent cam and some heads to match. 350hp isnt that hard to get from a l98 motor, you just have to get the right parts to match each other. your budget is gonna dictate how your gonna wanna spend your money but the tpi system is not the limiting factor at 350hp. i'mean hell if your just going cheap and easy, you can spray your motor to 350hp at the track whenever you what and leave it mostly as is. its all up to your personal preferances.
