I am doing an engine swap in which I am pulling my TBI engine and putting in an lq4. I had to order another engine harness due to some placement issues with the computer. As a result I have a good and compete engine harness for a 2004 lq4. There are a few broken connectors but nothing big.

I am putting the lq4/4l80e in my k2500. I have two questions.

1. Any potential snags or issues people have dealt with?
2. Is there anyone that can use the stock wiring harness?

Biggest snag as far as this Board goes is we're not talking a 3rd gen project, and I don't really see any 3rd gen relationship.

Since you're taking out a TBI, you might have some interest for the harness on the TBI forum. But, I'll leave it to the moderators over there whether or not there is any 3rd gen relationship (I doubt it, though).
