91v6 to carbd 400

Hi everyone

I'm new to the site but not to gm's.... I currently have a 94Z and now that I have it sold I'm looking at doing a project. I want a 91-92 firebird that I'm gonna put a SBC 409 into... I read the v6 to v8 post... It was very helpful.. except for one thing...

I'm going carbd so Im not worried about all the computer/fuel lines stuff...

Do I have to modify the k membrer or anything to put the SBC into a v6 firebird... Or is it as easy as diff engine mounts...

Also are the gauges in the v6 the same as the 8's and can any of them work w/the carbd motor.

Thanks guys.. I hope to be able to give some info to the site soon instead of needing it lol... I'm looking forward to owning a 3rd gen.
