A/C during swap

going to be swapping an LS1 into a 1991. curious about the A/C. will the 4th gen a/c fit in the 3rd gen? (compressor, evap coil, etc) i know i'll be making some edits due to the comp. location on the LS1. figured, while i'm at it, i might look into swapping a/c components. wasn't sure if they'd fit and if it'd be worth my time. also didn't know if the 4th gen computer would work with the 3rd gen compressor. i'm not looking to do an interior swap if that matters. i'd like to keep the 3rd gen interior intact.

i'll have a 4th gen donor car on site, so i'll have all the parts i could need pretty handy.

also, will it matter which version of the 91 i have when taking this into consideration? v6, 305, 350? in process of buying the 91, and if i can avoid a headache, i'd like to.

thanks
-Chris
