In some ways it would be easier to put a 350 under the TBI. The TBI would need (some would consider it to be significant) modification, as documented on the TBI forum.
Either would need a complete exhaust system change-out. The stock TBI exhaust is terrible. You would probably need to put in a better fuel pump with either as well, unless the one you have is some sort of upgrade over stock TBI.
TPI would require changing out the engine harness and ECM. The difficulty with that swap is largely dependent upon how complete the TPI system you're putting in is.

TPI uses a completely different computer than TBI. Ideally, find a wrecked TPI car and pull EVERYTHING off. You will NEED a new fuel pump, TBI runs at a much lower pressure than TPI. The TPI doesn't necessarily need to come off a 350 either, most of the parts are the same, except the injectors, PROM, maybe something I'm forgetting.
Its a fairly straightforward swap, if you've got all the right pieces. I converted my 305TBI to TPI a couple years ago. I did have the luxury of a running donor car. Took some time to get everything buttoned up, but she fired up on the first crank.
