first time doing this
i currently have a 305 tpi...i want to build a 350 tpi...how hard is it and how many parts can i use off my 305? (im thinking about just using the head and block off a regular 350 from the j-yard) thanks

Everything on your 305 will go onto the 350. A junkyard 350 is almost certainly going to have worse heads than your 305 currently does though, so you'd be better off swapping those over as well.
