Car: 87 sport coupe, 85 Z28, 93 S10
Engine: 179ci MPFI,LG4 (soon L98), 4.3L TBI
Transmission: 700r4, none (soon T56), 700r4
Axle/Gears: stock, 3.23, stock
TPI Swap
Just bought a L98 from an 88 IROC and I'm gonna swap it into my LG4 Z28 5-speed, so i have a couple questions...
1.) L98s were all auto's, so what all do I need to switch on the Rotating Assembly to meet up with a T5
2.) 1988 was a MAF year correct? Cuz I need a air filter box and wiring harness still.
3.) Will the Stock Computer from the IROC work for my 5 speed or not, or will i just need to switch the PROM?

1) Flywheel and pilot bearing.
2) Correct.
3) It will work with no problem.
