Im putting my l98 out of my iroc into my new 84 z28 that has v belt how hard is it to put the serpentine setup in the 84?

Its not hard, you just need to take everything from the L98 car with it... take the alternator (its a different case style anyway, you'd have to), the crank pulley, the water pump, and the power steering assy. It should all swap into your '84 without too much trouble.

does the power steering pump lines from the 84 will hook up to the 89 power steering pump?

If you are swapping the motor into the 84 leave it just like it is and drop in. are you using the tpi or going carb (or using the crossfire or a factory carb setup)? if you are going tpi then then leave the wiring on there and remove from the bulkhead.
