89 2.8 to 96 lt1 Motor Mount ???

puttin a 96 lt1 engine in my 89 rs with the 2.8 v6,anyone know where the best place to find motor mounts for the v8 swap??bolt in ones would be easiest for me to do,info appreciated.

Frame mounts can be bought anywhere. Just get them for an Iroc or Trans Am with 305/350. As for the clamshells to go on the motor, junkyard any of the clamshells will work from a truck, car etc etc just as long as they're V8s

i think i have the clam shells bolted on to the lt1 still,will they work?>and will the motor mounts bolt in or do they have to be welded in?

If they're the clamshells from the LT1 they won't work, you have to use standard SBC clamshells.
