HEI Need a Balast Resistor?

I'll be ready to prime up my engine with oil and short the terminals of the starter solenoid in the next day or two. My engine is going into a Jeep without much of a wiring harness.

I removed the old resistor wire from its system and wonder if the new HEI just requires a full 12 volts?

Have a safe Veteran's or Remembrance Day, Jim

You want a full 12 volts to the "Batt" terminal.
