LG4 swap to L83
Hi
i have a 1986 trans am with a 305 LG4 but i want a 350 or more, i have found a L83 from a 1984 corvette so i want to swap it into the trans am and swap the crossfire to a tpi .
is it possible

Very possible. Under the intake manifold, its still just a small block Chevy.

If the cylinder walls are extremely clean, you can do that. The typical 3.75" stroke kit includes pistons that are .030" oversize, because the typical block used for this exercise needs a clean-up overbore. That bumps the displacement to 383 cubic inches.

yes, if the cylinder are not in good shape i will overbored to 4.030" with a 3.75 crankshaft to do a 383 .
