4.8L FLYWHEEL MATED TO TH350 CONVERTER
4.8L FLYWHEEL MATED TO TH350 CONVERTER
I need help. I have a 2007 4.8L Vortec, and my torque converter will not bolt to the flywheel. Any help with part numbers for a flywheel that will work, with a TH350 transmission and the 4.8L would be much appreciated. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance for your help.

The torque converter should bolt to the flexplate, however the spacing is not right and there is an adapter made to move the flexplate out to where it will bolt to the torque converter.

I tried to bolt the converter up last night, and the center to center spacing on the 4.8 flex plate is approximately 10.5". The spacing on the converter is 10.0". They don't match. Are you saying that there is a spacer that goes between the crank and the flexplate?
