Balancer
Quick question
This balancer is 6 3/4 " As you can see the timining tab is way off of the balancer, my question is what size balancer do I need to get?

Re: Balancer
That timing tab is not only "way off" the damper, but also, if you line up the mark on the damper to the mark on the tab, you'll be about 35° off of TDC, as well.
You'll also find that even if your PS pump bolts up to that and doesn't hit that pointer, you won't be able to see it anyway.
All that aside, you need a 8" balancer to match to that timing tab, such as for a mid-70s 350. Check it against accurately known TDC before setting your "timing" with it.

Re: Balancer
Any other suggestion I can do to get the timing tab away from the PS pump?
The reason the factory moved the timing tab to the 12:00 position in the first place, was because the PS pump is in the way of the 1:30 one. Some accessory setups might not be as bad as others; but in general, the pump will be RIGHT ON TOP OF that early-model tab, and may even hit it at some point in its adjustment range, if you have one of the ones with the fatter reservoir.

If you have that problem, then the thing to do would be to get a stock timing cover with the tab welded to it at 12:00, and get rid of the chrome leaker; and just use a 6¾" damper.
