From: Parkersburg WV

Car: 1992 Camaro RS 25th Anni.

Engine: 5.0l TBI

Transmission: 700R4 Automatic

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Gov lock

400sbc swap

I'm sliding a 400 and a TH350 into my '91. The motor isnt going to be radical. Should I worry about reinforcing the body? Am I going to have any clearance issues underneath the hood?

Of course. Even the 6-cyl guys benefit from THAT.

Depends on what carb (or not), intake, etc. you run. Externally, the 400 is identical in dimensions to the 305. So whatever will or won't fit on a 305 or 350, will or won't fit identically on a 400.
