is a 1990 chevy 1500 TBI 305 the same thing as the 1990 TBI 305 camaros???just trying to make it easier when buying parts.im putting a 1990 chevy truck 305 in my 86 camaro

 

Almost. The Camaro will have roller lifters (the truck block may or may not be set up for them). Details like exhaust manifolds and accessories may be different.

If you're thinking things such as spark plugs and oil filter, they're the same.
