hi guys, working on removing the main wire harness. read the posts here but just wanted to cover my tracks before i start. first the swap to v8 was started by someone else, lots of wires with no hookups laying around, i understand that. all the posts say to trace wires that i don't need according to manual, okay got that.

followed main harness back to driver side firewall and under dash to fuseblock. is this where all of you that have done swaps to carbs ended up? do i just remove wires that i don't need from fuse block? your post speak of removing the main computer harness as if there was a main clip that disconnects from the vehicle? have i missed something? this is my first time working with the electrical side of a vehicle. so i don't plan on just cutting everything, just need a little direction from thoughs that have done this. thanks for the previous posts and the advice that is given. thanks.
