Hello I'm new here and not shure if I mist it or not . I have a 88 Trans am that im fixing up it has no motor ro harness or ecm and I got a 92 z28 parts car with 350 tpi and harnnes and ecm was wondering if I can just drop it in and it will work.

The biggest issue will be getting everything you need. The '92 will have VATS, while I believe the '88 would not.

Other than that, it's basically an unbolt/bolt in proposition.

 

My Trans am has the vats and I have the complet dash harnes for the 92 z28.

 

I would disable the VATS best thing to do IMO

 

I just notest that the harness that came out of the z28 dues not have the wiper motor plug and it has the oil light plug and the batt is on the right side in sted of the left and my head light harness has the oil light plug and no wiper motor plug will I need the harnes out of a 92 trans am or is there a ezzy what arond this.
